What the first 90 days in China should actually produce.
The first 90 days should produce evidence, not theater: a workable account route, approved proof library, repeatable content formats, early audience signals, a conversion path, and a decision about the next cycle.

The first 90 days should produce evidence, not theater: a workable account route, approved proof library, repeatable content formats, early audience signals, a conversion path, and a decision about the next cycle.
Days 1 to 30: remove blind spots
Confirm category, buyer, account and document route, claims, competitors, search language, proof gaps, measurement, and the smallest viable test.

Days 31 to 60: publish the learning system
Launch the first content pillars, creator roles, response logic, and controlled paid tests. Track what people save, search, ask, ignore, and challenge.

Days 61 to 90: make decisions
Review content and inquiry quality, not only traffic. Decide whether to scale, rewrite, narrow, change platform, improve the offer, or pause.

Make each checkpoint change a decision
The 30/60/90-day structure is our planning method, not a delivery promise or evidence that sales arrive on day ninety. At the first checkpoint, retain a named account route, approved claims, rights, response owner and a bounded test brief. If one is unresolved, spend the next cycle resolving it rather than buying reach. At the second, compare question quality and intent actions against the same offer and audience definition; log rejected content and service failures alongside the attractive numbers. At the third, choose one documented action: expand, narrow, change the proposition or stop. Keep the reason and the evidence that would reverse that choice. Registration, regulated-category review, product readiness and client approvals can move the schedule. The readiness scorecard is the working reference; public cases illustrate parts of the operating work, not a universal ninety-day result.
Questions a serious decision should answer.
Short answers first, with the boundary made visible.
Will we have sales in 90 days?
Possibly, but it should not be promised. The pilot is designed to produce credible demand and conversion evidence appropriate to the category.
What does the brand team need to provide?
Product facts, claims, proof, visual assets, target buyer context, access decisions, approval owners, budget, and honest constraints.
Can the pilot be smaller?
Yes, as long as it still answers a real question. A small focused test is better than a broad underfunded launch.
