Douyin operations for overseas brands.
Attention is only the opening. We help your team turn a product demonstration or story into a repeatable video format, then check whether viewers take the next useful action.

Before we work together
- Who this is for
Brands with a product to demonstrate, a useful expert or a repeatable story—and a team ready to respond.
- When this is not the right fit
Not a fit for one viral-video guarantee, a copied influencer format without rights, or paid reach before a response path exists. A brand without a presenter, footage or review capacity may need a production pilot before ongoing operations.
- The business problem
Video production, distribution and commercial follow-up are treated as separate projects, so learning does not accumulate.
- What you may be seeing
Production stops at approvals; every video starts from zero; views rise without product questions; paid results mix with organic performance; the store, form or sales team cannot absorb interest.
- What we deliver
- Opening, demonstration and objection-handling format matrix
- Scripts, production plan and approval checklist
- Organic/paid test plan with explicit stop criteria
- Inquiry route, response ownership and review log
- How we work
- Check production and offer readiness
- Approve a small set of test formats
- Produce, publish and separate paid data
- Review retention, intent and handoff before scaling
- Planning the time
Planning range: 2–3 weeks to confirm formats, rights, production and handoff, followed by a 6–12-week test. Livestream is a separate readiness decision. Approval delays, reshoots and account restrictions change the schedule.
- What we need from your team
Provide demonstration-ready products, claims evidence, a presenter or production access, footage/music permissions, a decision-maker for scripts, budget limits and the actual follow-up route. Define customer-service and fulfillment capacity before increasing spend.
- How we judge progress
Compare retention and meaningful actions within the same test conditions, then qualified inquiries and response completion. Track production cost and paid spend separately. Platform-attributed sales are not automatically incremental sales.
- What we cannot promise
No guarantee of views, recommendations, sales or return on ad spend. AI video is a production option with rights and human review—not evidence of a real customer experience. The automotive case documents training/work scope, not an invented sales lift.
Start with formats, not isolated videos
We design repeatable openings, scene types, demonstrations, objections, and calls to action. That creates a system that can learn instead of a sequence of unrelated creative bets.
- Hook and retention test matrix
- Presenter and creator role design
- Organic and paid distribution review

Production must match operating speed
Scripts, approvals, claims, footage, editing, posting, and review need one visible rhythm. AI can accelerate ideation and versioning, but human review owns the final story and risk.

Traffic is useful only when the next step is clear
Depending on category, the next action may be a private message, store visit, lead form, live session, partner inquiry, or cross-border purchase path. We design that path before scaling media.

Questions a serious decision should answer.
Short answers first, with the boundary made visible.
Do we need livestream from day one?
No. Livestream only makes sense when the account, presenter, offer, traffic source, and follow-up path are ready.
How many videos should we produce?
The number follows the learning plan. We prefer enough variations to test a format, not a fixed volume sold without a hypothesis.
Can AI-generated video be used?
Yes, when rights, continuity, visual quality, platform fit, and human editorial review are controlled. It is one production method, not the strategy itself.
Bring the real constraint. We will map the next route.
No fixed package before the question is understood.
